Standard Shipping
Most items are shipped free of charge within the continental United States via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Smaller parts typically ship through USPS, while medium and large items are shipped through FedEx.
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of payment.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
The shipping carrier used will depend on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
For locations outside the continental U.S., a shipping fee may apply.
Certain listings may have a fixed shipping cost, which will be clearly stated in the product description.
If the item ships via freight, that will also be specified in the listing.
Signature Requirement
Orders valued at $499 or more automatically include signature confirmation upon delivery.
If you wish to have the signature requirement added or removed, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Shipping Damage (USPS and FedEx Ground)
Every item is packaged with care to prevent damage during transit. However, on rare occasions, shipping issues can occur.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package is lost or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with filing a shipping claim.
To process a claim, the following is required:

A detailed description of the damage

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Retention of all packaging materials until the claim is finalized
Failure to report damage within the 48-hour window or to provide required information may result in denial of the claim by the carrier.
Freight Shipping
Large or oversized items are shipped via FedEx Freight and will also be processed within one business day.
Please review each product’s listing for any freight-specific details.
Important:
Upon delivery, inspect the shipment before signing for it.
If any damage is visible, notify the driver immediately so it can be noted in their system.
For minor damage that does not affect usability, such as a small dent or missing clip, note it with the driver and contact us right away.
If the damage is major, refuse the shipment so it can be returned to us.
FedEx Freight typically cannot process claims for damage not reported at delivery, so please inspect your order carefully. Once a freight shipment is signed for, it is considered received in good condition.
Local Pickup
We welcome local pickup at our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.
Florida sales tax will apply to all local pickups.
The cardholder must be present with a valid photo ID at the time of pickup.
Local pickup orders must be collected or cancelled within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, cancellation is no longer available.
International Shipping
At this time, REVLINE USED AUTO PARTS does not offer international shipping.
We are actively working on expanding this service in the future.
Customers outside the U.S. may use a freight forwarding company to receive their items.
If you choose to use a forwarding service:
Please ensure the forwarding company inspects the package for damage or missing items before reshipping.
Our insurance coverage only applies up to the forwarding company’s address.
Any damage or loss that occurs after the package leaves their facility will not be covered by REVLINE USED AUTO PARTS.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping options upon request for an additional fee.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and cost.
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 12 PM EST to qualify for same-day dispatch.
Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
