Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

At REVLINE USED AUTO PARTS, a division of White Line Used Auto Spare Parts Tr Co LLC (License #782251), we provide fully tested, genuine OEM components. We stand behind our inventory with a transparent protection plan designed for our global clientele.

1. 30-Day Functional Warranty

Most genuine used parts include a 30-Day Functional Warranty effective from the date of delivery.

  • Coverage: This warranty guarantees the component will function as intended by the manufacturer under standard operating conditions.

  • Exclusions: Coverage excludes electrical components, "as-is" listings, and damage caused by improper installation, racing, or aftermarket tuning.

  • Claims: Warranty claims require professional diagnostic proof. Revline reserves the right to provide a matching replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Note: Labor, towing, or third-party diagnostic costs are not covered.

2. Return Policy (14-Day Window)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are no longer needed or ordered in error, subject to the following:

  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original, uninstalled condition with all Revline security markings intact.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to "change of mind" returns to cover specialized testing and administrative costs.

  • Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or is technically defective upon arrival:

  • Reporting: You must notify us at info@revlineusedautoparts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping Responsibility: For verified defective items or shipping errors on our part, Revline will cover the return logistics costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to international logistics and testing complexities, the following are final sale:

  • Heavy Freight (Engines, Transmissions, Doors, Bumpers).

  • Programmed Electronic Modules.

  • Items explicitly sold "For Parts Only."

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders: May be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the tracking number is generated.

  • Local Pickup: Orders at our Sharjah warehouse must be collected or cancelled within 14 days.

6. Return Shipping & Official Address

All authorized returns must be shipped to our central processing warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a verified tracking number.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: All warranty claims and return requests must be approved by our technical team before sending an item back. Items returned without prior authorization or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be refused at the warehouse.

7. How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship items back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  2. Provide your Order Number and VIN for fitment verification.

  3. Once approved, you will receive specific customs documentation to ensure the part clears UAE customs without delays.
